INDEPENDENT GAMES / EXPERIMENTS / PROTOTYPES

A studio built
around making games.

Sunblame is an independent game development studio based in Tbilisi, Georgia. We develop our own game projects and offer commissioned game development.

Our work begins with an idea, grows through prototypes and improves through playtesting. Our games are currently in development, with free testing used to collect feedback before a planned release on Steam.

Sunblame is the studio brand operated by Individual Entrepreneur Kirill Serbin, Georgian identification number 300482494.

03 / GAME DEVELOPMENT

LET'S BUILD SOMETHING PLAYABLE.

Commissioned development starts with a conversation about the game you want to make.

01

Game prototypes

Turn a game idea into a playable prototype to explore its core mechanics and feel.

02

Gameplay development

Develop game mechanics, interactive systems and features for a defined project scope.

03

Testing & iteration

Refine the experience through testing, feedback and practical development iterations.

Every project starts with a clear brief. Scope, deliverables, timing, fees and rights are agreed in writing before paid work begins.

04 / CONCEPTS & EXPLORATIONS

Ideas for worlds we want to play in.

Fantasy tavern concept art with a hidden necromancer among adventurers
GAME CONCEPT

NECROMANCER'S DECEIT

Fantasy social deduction: a necromancer hides among the heroes while secretly corrupting their world.

EXPLORE CONCEPT

Adventurers pursue a shared objective while following private agendas. A hidden necromancer helps the group as cover, then uses rituals to blight crops, corrupt mines and grow stronger. Every player has reasons to appear suspicious.

This is a concept in development. The artwork illustrates the intended atmosphere; it is not a screenshot of a released game.

Scrap-Seed concept art: a scavenger faces creatures in an abandoned settlement
GAME CONCEPT

SCRAP-SEED

A deliberate survival shooter where stamina turns scavenging runs and firefights into tactical decisions.

EXPLORE CONCEPT

Players search hostile zones for resources and equipment, balancing the rewards of exploration against the risk of losing what they carry. Movement, combat and recovery compete for the same stamina reserve.

This is a concept in development. The artwork illustrates the intended atmosphere; features and scope may change.

Concept art of fortified islands, farms and ships in a misty sea
EARLY EXPLORATION

ISLAND WORLDS

An early survival concept about island settlements, scarce resources and trade across a fog-bound archipelago.

EXPLORE CONCEPT

Uneven supplies of timber, iron and food push neighbouring settlements toward trade, exploration or conflict. The ocean connects their stories through ships, storms and unexpected encounters.

This is an early design exploration, presented under a descriptive working label. It is not an announced product or an available game.
