YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy Policy

Effective date: 9 September 2026

1. Data controller and contact

The controller for this website is Individual Entrepreneur Kirill Serbin, operating under the Sunblame studio brand. Georgian identification number: 300482494. Address: Gldani Massif, Microdistrict A, Building 70, Apt 2, Tbilisi 0167, Georgia. For privacy requests, contact hello@sunblame.com.

2. Information we process

This website has no accounts, payment checkout or contact form. We do not ask for payment-card details, identity documents or sensitive personal information through this website. Please do not include unnecessary personal information in a message.

3. Purposes and legal grounds

We use technical request data to deliver the website, diagnose errors, maintain security and prevent abuse, based on our legitimate interests in operating a safe and functional website, subject to your applicable rights.

We use correspondence to respond to enquiries, discuss requested services and arrange or perform an agreed project. The legal ground is taking steps at your request before an agreement or performing an agreement, where relevant; otherwise it is our legitimate interest in responding to communications and improving our work. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent. We may retain information where required by applicable law.

4. Cookies and tracking

We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this website. Our site code does not set tracking cookies or store a visitor profile. Fonts, images and website scripts are served with the site rather than embedded from social networks. Technical logging by the hosting infrastructure is described above.

5. Service providers and international processing

Hosting and email service providers process information necessary to operate the site and deliver correspondence. Our website hosting is in the United States. Mail sent to our public domain address is forwarded to the operator's email inbox; email processing may therefore take place outside Georgia through the relevant email infrastructure. These providers receive information needed to perform their services.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information where required by law or when necessary to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim. Any international transfer must have a basis and safeguards required by applicable data protection law.

6. Retention and security

We keep correspondence and feedback only for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, carry out the relevant project or development follow-up, and meet applicable legal obligations. Retention depends on the purpose, whether the discussion is ongoing and whether a record is needed for a contract, accounting requirement or legal claim. Technical logs are retained as needed for operation and security under the hosting service's retention settings. Information no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.

We use HTTPS for the website and access controls for our service accounts. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

Subject to the conditions and exceptions in applicable law, you may request information about processing and access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or blocking, and a portable copy where applicable. You may object to processing where the law provides that right and withdraw consent without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

Send a request to hello@sunblame.com. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to identify the relevant correspondence and protect your data, and will respond within the period required by applicable law. You may also complain to the competent data protection supervisory authority or seek a remedy in court.

8. Scope and changes

This policy covers the Sunblame website and related enquiries. A future game, separate playtest service or third-party storefront may involve different data processing; relevant information will be provided before those features are introduced. We do not make decisions about visitors that have legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated means.

If our practices change, we will update this page and its effective date.
