WEBSITE TERMS
Terms of Service
Effective date: 9 September 2026
1. Who operates this website
Sunblame is the studio brand of Individual Entrepreneur Kirill Serbin, a Georgian individual entrepreneur, identification number 300482494, at Gldani Massif, Microdistrict A, Building 70, Apt 2, Tbilisi 0167, Georgia. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean this operator. Contact: hello@sunblame.com.
2. Purpose and current availability
This website presents our original game projects, development experiments and commissioned game development services. Games shown here are in development. Concept art and descriptions illustrate work in progress; mechanics, scope and availability may change.
A browser demo is not currently available on this website. Current playtesting, when offered, is free and intended to collect feedback. Planned distribution through Steam is a future intention, not an announcement that a game is already on sale or a guarantee of a release date.
3. Enquiries and commissioned development
You may contact us to discuss a game development project. Sending an enquiry does not place an order or create an obligation to pay. Before paid work starts, we agree in writing on the scope, deliverables, timetable, fees, payment stages, acceptance, intellectual property rights and cancellation or refund arrangements. The project agreement governs that engagement.
This website does not currently accept payments, sell physical goods or provide an online checkout for games or services. See Payments & Refunds for the current position.
4. Free testing and feedback
Participation in a free playtest is voluntary and does not involve a purchase. Test builds may contain bugs, incomplete features or changes between versions. Any build-specific technical instructions or participation conditions will be provided with the relevant test. You may stop participating at any time.
If you send feedback, we may use it to evaluate and improve our projects. Please share only material that you are entitled to provide and do not include another person's confidential information. We do not publish testimonials on this website.
5. Website content and acceptable use
Website text, artwork, code and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Viewing this site does not transfer ownership or grant a right to commercially redistribute its content. Rights in commissioned deliverables are addressed in the applicable project agreement.
You must not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, distribute malicious software through it or use the contact address for unlawful or abusive messages.
6. Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but access may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons. Descriptions of unfinished projects are not warranties of a finished product. We may correct, update or remove content as development progresses.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits consumer rights where doing so is not permitted by applicable law.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle website request data, correspondence and voluntary feedback.
8. Applicable law, questions and changes
These website terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without removing mandatory protections that apply to you. Please contact us first about any question or concern. This does not restrict your right to seek a remedy available under applicable law.
Updates to these website terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. A change to this page does not retrospectively change a separately agreed project contract.
